We currently ship to customers in the following regions:

  • United Kingdom
  • European Union countries

Shipping Cost

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $50 or more.

For orders below $50, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment with one of our trusted fulfillment partners.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Actual delivery times may also be affected by weather conditions, shipping carrier disruptions, or high-demand periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders on time, HomeTechEase is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures
  • Weather conditions
  • High demand periods
  • Other unforeseen logistical circumstances

Customs, Duties and Import Responsibility

Some international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

HomeTechEase is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may occur during the shipping process.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

HomeTechEase is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@hometechease.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, HomeTechEase is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
